How preconstruction works- 01
Start with your vision
We meet to discuss how you want to live, what you hope to change, and your priorities for budget and timing. Available plans and site information help us identify early questions.

Develop the direction
We work with your designer or our designer and drafter to explore floor plans, elevations, and practical design choices. Custom details begin with how you want the space to feel and function.

Work through the practical details
As the concept takes shape, we coordinate the formal feasibility work, permit preparation, and well or septic planning the project needs. Site constraints may lead us back to refine the design.

Agree on the plan to build
We bring the scope, selections, budget, and schedule into focus. Construction proceeds under a separate agreement, with responsibilities and the next steps clearly defined.

Build with care
We coordinate the work, stay in direct communication, and review changes with you as they arise. A final walkthrough brings attention to the details and agreed completion items.
