What we did
A ground-up ADU and garage project with M Squared leading the build from foundation through finish.
We led the ADU and garage build as general contractor and self-performed the core scope: foundation work, framing, sheathing, siding, and finish work. The project reflects a hands-on approach with direct responsibility for nearly every major phase.
